13 weeks client transformation! 🤩
This client had her knee surgery late summer and came to me while recovering, needing guidance and accountability to ensure she is staying on top of proper nutrition and physical therapy exercises. We worked together with her PT doctor to ensure she gets everything prescribed to her done correctly. Once she was cleared to start normal exercises, we slowly started adding AT HOME resistance training and cardio. I’ve also ensured she’s set with the correct macro and micro nutrients to expedite the recovery and a healthy weight loss. This is just the beginning! Wait until you see how she does 🔥👌🏼💕

4 months transformation!
On the left I felt sick, bloated with poor digestion, dry skin and loss of menstrual cycle.
4 months of working on:
- My GI and addressing root underlying issues of the dysbiosis.
- Adjusting food I consumed with correct macro and micronutrients.
- Restoring period with the right foods with the right micronutrients, as well as supplements to support increasing progesterone and improving HPOA way.
50+ years young client wanted to get her body back and nothing was going to stop her. She decided to jump into a bikini bodybuilding competition to keep herself motivated and accountable. We worked together to prep her for 7 weeks and it was the easiest prep ever. She never did tons of cardio, and she always ate a lot of nutrient dense foods to keep her full and healthy, while re-compositioning fat to muscle. Besides placing on top 3 at her competition, she walked out with great sleep, increased energy, healthy gut and self-confidence! We are still working together and are getting her ready for the next show (TBD).
